This trail in Gunnison, Colorado is very Easy in terms of difficulty level and a refreshingly quick hike for a beautiful photo op. The best time to hike this trail is typically around mid-September through early October when the plentiful Aspen trees are changing colors. There’s just something magical about walking through a thick forest of white bark.

Beaver Ponds 516 is only 1 mile long down to the water and back. Dogs are welcome!
